  ZERO Customer Service......I went to the copy center (Thursday morning 0945) to get binding done on a 30pg document. There were very few customers in the store. The two employees in the copy center were just talking to each other. They continued to talk to each other and finally acknowledged me about 30-45 seconds later. Then, one employee left the area and and the other decided to answer a phone call. The employee finished his conversation on the phone (about a missing package) after 5 minutes, looked at me and said "have you been helped?" Strange question since he was the only employee working in the copy center. I said no, and thought finally I'll get some help. That employee went back on the phone trying to track down the package---I left the store when I realized he didn't want to help me--never going back to this Brighton Store.

  The customer service is always outstanding! Just had some printing done; the young man who helped us did a fantastic job of making a few corrections on the work we'd brought in. He was able to manipulate my original documents to work with their printer and made sure we were happy with the end result before he made the final copies. He also helped other customers who came in needing assistance with a courteous attitude, while he was working on our project. Cudos to Office Depot for hiring some intelligent, friendly people! Thanks!

  Rough staff, avoid if possible 1.25/5 You have one job. Don't be a jerk. I don't care if you are upset. Pretend. Everyone else works in customer service. This place would get 1 star, but there is a helpful guy there. Been in a good many times for faxing, ink and office stuff. If they could ax the cruddy staff... I even took a "well life isn't so bad" approach and she was still a turd. I used to drive 10 miles west to the one next to the freeway. She acted like it was a huge imposition to fax documents for me. If you could post a schedule of when the nice workers are on shift, I'll come then.
