  Last few time I went to this Kohl's the staff wasn't friendly. Especially when I went to pick up something I had ship to the store. The poeple at the customer service desk made it seem like everyone going to the desk was bothering them and one of them just kept telling everyone that someone will be with them and just kept doing something else and didn't help anyone. And some of the staff in other parts of the store like like the jewelry department got mad when my 3 year old niece bumped it to a rack and a sign fell and broke. She acted like the world was going to end . She acted like my niece did it on purpose when it was on accident. Then on an other time I got rude looks from someone folding clothes in the junior Department she seemed like she was in her early 20 or maybe her teens. At checkout they are very nice witch is one of only reason why I go back there and they are they only store that has the pants I buy. But it seems like I have been going in the store and they don't have my size pants or shoes I need and have ordered them off line. I hope they can fix these problems because I use to like shopping here.
